For sale is offered a large industrial and warehouse complex of 1985 built in the town of Sosnovyy Bor. The undoubted advantage of the site is the availability of its own 801 m. long railway branch with access to the station Kalishche Oktyabrskaya railway, as well as the possibility of removing and importing heavy (more than 150 tons) of large-size equipment to the sea berth.

·         the site has two points of connection from the main water supply system (a direct valid contract with «Vodokanal») and to the intra-site water supply systems (a valid contract with the owner of the networks).
